OPEN ACCESS POLICY

The Belarusian Economic Journal provides open access to its content, and allows reading, downloading, copying, distributing, printing, searching or finding the full texts of journal articles by reference without prior permission from the publisher and author. Free open access to research results contributes to an increase in the global exchange of knowledge.
All articles are free to read, download, copy and distribute.
The editorial board of the Journal provides open access to the electronic version of the journal both on its website and in the e-library. There is no fee for publishing articles.

TO AUTHORS
1. By sending materials to the Editorial Board, the author thus confirms his consent to the rules of publication and to the placement of his materials in the public domain in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License (CC BY 4.0) adopted in the Journal, based on the principle of free open access to the results research, which contributes to the expansion of knowledge sharing.
2. All manuscripts received by the Editorial Board are subject to mandatory review by the members of the Editorial Board of the journal and/or invited experts. The review is sent to the author by e-mail for information, or for eliminating the indicated shortcomings, and subsequent re-review. The editors adhere to a double-blind type of review (reviewers and authors do not know each other's names).
3. Manuscripts undergo scientific and literary editing.
4. The editors register the DOI (digital object identifier, unique digital identifier of the article) of each published article in the CrossRef system.
5. Fees for the article are not paid. Free author's copies are not provided. A paper copy of the Journal can only be obtained by subscribing to the Journal.
